New focus: Journal on the thought -- in all the Universe in all time, you are the only you. Also experiment with this direction when you are in a conversation. Look at the person with whom you are talking from a fresh perspective. Say to yourself, "They are a part of the Universe who I have never heard from before in this unique way," and feel through this speaker the Universe arising to talk to you.
